Chlorite Quartz crystal provides energetic connection, realignment and balance. Chlorite is actually a group of usually green minerals, rather than a single mineral.  In most cases, the precise mineral is Clinochlore.  It is occasionally found inside transparent Clear Quartz, as tiny green dots or a green mist.  It can also grow on the outside of the Quartz, as a dark green coating.  Chlorite is soft mineral that can be easily carved and needs to be handled gently.  Energetically is a powerful cleanser and purifier.
